Euskara: perretxikos
The popular, well known, sought after and scarce "perretxikos." Dirty white, unmistakable aroma of fresh flour, grows in meadows and pastures. Excellent food.

COPRIN temperance

English: Ink mushroom
Hongo with some resemblance to the "Coprinus comatus" but more squat, small and gray. It has no scales, but may have small plates. Has the same property to liquefy at maturity, but its intake is toxic when accompanied by alcohol.

the bearded chipirón campaign
Brazilian: Ubetiz galpardun
English: Maned agaric
Dubbed "the campaign bearded or squid, the species that blackens and melts with age, is an excellent edible, thin and delicate. Discard the copies on their plates are blackened. Has a predilection for the sand and terrain removed.

This orchid known until recently as it indicates fusca difficult to identify which is the group of Ophrys. This is certainly the appearance earlier in the year and can be observed since February. It has a greenish flowers and a dozen lip fleshy, dark and hairy and can reach 30 cm. It is relatively abundant in our environment.

yellow flower bee
Small orchid called "flower Yellow Bee "still remains weak in Bizkaia, appears in relative abundance in the Serantes since March.
stem is green-yellow, with about six large flowers. has lobed lip, brown and yellow wide margins, double central macula in a grayish-blue tone.
